Looking for our caramels? In addition to the events that we will be vending at this holiday season, we’ve opened a pop-up shop at the 3rd Street Market Hall in Downtown Milwaukee. Plans are to be open every day through December 23rd.
(We will be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.)
When you visit, you'‘ll find Buttery-Delicious Caramels, Caramel Sauce, Schokolad’ Bär Sipping Chocolates, as well as a nice selection of food products Imported from Europe… Lebkuchen, Stollen, Gingerbread, Cookies, Marzipan, Hard Candies, Advent Calendars, Hot Chocolate Mixes, Teas, Glögg Spices, Chocolates, and Various Treats to Celebrate St Nicholas Eve.
We also have a nice selection of Holiday Decorations including Tree Ornaments.
For more than thirty years we've been making caramels for friends and family. Now they are available to everyone! We use the finest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, to handcraft our Sweet and Salty Caramels in a variety of flavors. You'll enjoy their melt-in-your-mouth buttery goodness and smooth creamy texture.
Our caramels are soft and creamy, not hard and chewy.

I ordered these (Salted vanilla Caramels) and set them aside and wished I had dug into them immediately. The texture is perfect, you can taste the vanilla and butter and the salt just brings it all together. You cannot just eat one!
