“It was way bigger than we ever dreamed it would be,” said Carol Miller, a Germantown Kiwanis Club member in charge of the event last year. “We’ve been promoting this event for four years now, and it looks like it really took off this year.”
A Taste of Germantown is the a community event that the Germantown Kiwanis started four years ago to raise money for their ambitious project, the Gehl Foods Performing Arts Pavilion. It is a time for all Germantown residents to enjoy food and fun as local restaurants and eateries present some of their fine fair, and local entertainment groups show off Germantown’s talents.
